General Rules

• You understand that any error in the form data might result in disqualification/cancellation of your membership.
• For Payments Only: You agree that the card number provided is a valid one and you are the cardholder.
• If you are registering as a member of LOMA, you understand that registration is confirmed only when you pay the membership fee.
• Your membership will be kept on a waiting list until payment is made.
• You understand that the membership fee paid is non-refundable, non-transferrable in any and all situations**.
• You understand that the membership fee covers the membership of just the individual member.
• You understand that violation of any of the rules will disqualify your membership.

• It is our fundamental policy that we will not share your contact information or any other personal information with any agency or outsider.
• We might use your contact information to invite you or to send you LOMA related updates in the future. We will not use it for any other purpose
• You also agree to not share the information we exchange with you via phone or e-mail or in any other manner.
